INTER SCHOOL QUIZ COMPETITION MARKS COAST GUARD DAY CELEBRATION AT CGDHQ-1, PBR
Porbandar, January 24, 2023 – In commemoration of 48th Indian Coast Guard raising day on 01st Feb 24, CGDHQ-1, Porbandar, proudly hosted an Inter School Quiz Competition today as part of the ‘Coast Guard Week Celebrations-2024. The event, inaugurated by DIG Alex Thomas, Commanding Officer ICGS Sarthak, witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of Navy Children School, St. Joseph Higher Secondary School, St. Mary’s School, and Birla Sagar Higher Secondary School.
The competition showcased the intellectual prowess of young minds as they engaged in a spirited battle of wits and knowledge. The event fostered healthy competition, and promoted but also promoted a sense of camaraderie, as well as patriotic fervour among the participants and audiences.
